Michael Rodriguez earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida State University. After attending Florida State, Michael received a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. During law school Mr. Rodriguez served as a clerk for one of the larger personal injury firms in the city of San Diego. Upon returning home to the Daytona Beach area, Michael Rodriguez was hired by State Attorney John Tanner and became an Assistant State Attorney. While working for the State he served as a lead Misdemeanor Trial Attorney, participated in numerous jury or non-jury trials, and argued countless pretrial motions. Michael currently resides in his hometown of Ormond Beach with his wife and family.
