What is a no contact order?
A no contact order is an order issued by a judge in Florida that states that you can not contact a particular person. And contact means direct contact via you, or third party contact via somebody else. No contact orders are mostly issued in injunction or criminal cases. Sometimes they can be issued in domestic cases, like divorces, if one party has been harassing the other party.
