Florida allows for an arrest and a possible conviction even if you blow under the 0.08 legal limit. The way the statute reads is you have to blow above a 0.08 or your normal faculties are impaired. Normal faculties are impaired can mean that you are under the influence of some narcotics or prescription medication. It’s a common misnomer that you can take prescription medication and drive a vehicle. So you should really check your pill bottles to make sure that you’re not supposed to be operating heavy machinery.
