What are the advantages and disadvantages of a guardianship?
In Florida, guardianships are taken very seriously by the court system. The advantage would be, the court is involved and is able to protect that person’s property and the rights. The disadvantages, the court is involved and they will actually be looking at everything involving that person’s life.
