What are the various types of guardians?
In Florida, there are two types of guardians. There is a guardian over the person and a guardian over the property. The guardian over the person looks after that person’s individual rights. The guardian over the property looks after the person’s property. The guardian can be the same person over both things or they can be two different guardians.
