In my Florida divorce case, can I use my spouse’s affair against them?
Generally speaking, in Florida, an affair cannot be used against them because Florida is what we call a no-fault state. There are some instances when you can use the affair. One example would be if your spouse has been using the marital funds to take his or her girlfriend out to dinners and things like that. In those instances, maybe the affair would be relevant. Other than that, no, it’s not.
