There is a no contact order still in place, but the “victim” keeps calling me? What should I do?

If there’s a no-contact order in place and the victim is calling you, you should not engage in that communication. What you should do, is you should save either text, or the emails, or voicemails, and provide them to your attorney. What the attorney can do, is they can compile these, and they can give these to the judge if you’ve been accused of contacting the victim in the case. But again, you should never contact a victim in a no-contact order case.
